The Mission

Olark set out to make customer support simple and effective through live chat. Our role was to enhance the product's usability while reinforcing the brand’s approachable, professional feel. We refreshed their visual identity and optimised their platform for both web and mobile, delivering a user experience that makes connecting with customers easy.
